		<description>Maxo: I tried Vista a few days ago and I agree with you that most things kind of worked but not my graphics. I mean I had a usable system but like you said, the so talked about vista visual effects didn&#039;t work so I still had to look for drivers for them.</description>

		<description>One of the major improvements in Vista is that the installation is much quicker and easier.  Most hardware works out of the box without the need to download the drivers.  I think the only thing I had to manually install was the NVidia drivers.  Without them I could get good resolutions with millions of colors, just no accelerated graphics.
Ubuntu is still easier IMO.</description>
